# Introducing Vivin Booking, a direct booking platform for rental operators

At AppX, we believe that great digital products emerge from strong partnerships, strategic alignment, and a deep understanding of the businesses they are built for. That is why we are excited to announce the start of a new project with **Vivin**, a Portuguese startup developing innovative solutions for large rental operators, and **Inlife**, a national reference in the digital real estate sector.

Together, we are building **Vivin Booking**, a customizable platform that enables a direct booking channel for rental portfolios such as student residences, co-living spaces, and flex-living properties. The goal is clear: deliver a digital, agile, and scalable solution that gives operators greater control over their booking journeys. This collaboration is not a coincidence. AppX and Inlife have been working together since 2018, and this new chapter with Vivin reinforces a shared commitment to building purpose-driven digital tools that address real operational challenges in the real estate and living sectors.

The partnership between Vivin, Inlife, and AppX is grounded in a strong alignment of vision. Each partner brings complementary expertise: Vivin’s operational focus on rental management, Inlife’s deep knowledge of digital real estate experiences, and AppX’s experience in designing and building scalable digital products.
