The AI your business needs.
We identify where Artificial Intelligence creates real value in your business and implement exactly that. With the systems you already have, with the teams you already have.
For companies whose potential is still untapped.
Who's it for

In 2026, those using AI are gaining competitiveness and saving money. Those who don't are losing ground.
Companies are investing more and more in AI, and the results are showing: more productivity, faster decisions, higher-than-expected returns. The question is no longer whether it pays off. It has become where to start, and that is where we come in.
91% of organizations that invested in AI plan to keep increasing their investment.
The Paradox of Rising Investment and Elusive Returns, 2025Almost 74% of companies report that their most advanced AI initiatives met or exceeded their ROI goals.
State of Generative AI in the Enterprise, 2025Companies with strong AI adoption report productivity 4.8x above the global average, and revenue per employee growing 3x faster.
PwC, Global AI Jobs Barometer, 2024Experience that knows where technology delivers real return.
We are an award-winning software house, with more than 100 projects delivered in Portugal, the United States, Italy, France, the United Arab Emirates and beyond. A multidisciplinary team that takes each project from idea to implementation and stays on as a partner for years. That is the practice we now bring to AI.

The critical areas of an SME.
We built this solution around these functions. In each one, the messages an agent actually sends: what it found, what it has already done, and what it needs you to decide.
Sales
Every interaction with a customer, better informed and at the right time.
The most effective sales teams are the ones operating with better information.
I found 12 customers buying less than last year. I have prepared a proposal for each one. Send them?
I found 8 companies matching the profile of your best customers. I have already created their records in the CRM. Send an email?
Competitor prices dropped on 3 of your products. You are still competitive, and there is room to raise prices on 2 others.
MEWhat if I raise those two by 5%, how much do I gain per month?
AIAbout +€1,800/month, with no foreseeable impact on sales.
Marketing
From scattered data to a communication decision, in real time.
Patterns that escape human analysis, turned into concrete actions.
I cross-checked spend against real April sales. Google returns €4 for every €1; Facebook is running at a loss. I have redistributed it. Apply?
MEWhy is Facebook running at a loss?
AITwo reasons: the cost per customer rose 50% in recent months and customers from that channel spend 12% less.
I built a campaign for the profile that buys most and costs least. It is ready. Schedule it?
I found 4 new trade fairs this quarter where your products fit. Shall I handle the registration?
Treasury & Finance
Managing with rigor means deciding before the month closes.
A real-time financial view, with risk identified before it becomes a problem.
Cash flow comes under pressure in the week of the 15th: I expect three customers to only pay after the 20th.
MECan I pay suppliers this month?
AIYes, but the balance goes negative in the week of the 15th: customer payments only arrive on the 20th. Two payments will need to be postponed.
You are paying 18% more to this supplier for the same material, about €7,000/year. See the report.
One customer now pays in 75 days instead of 30. They account for 40% of your receivables. Shall I notify you?
Support & Follow-up
Scaling customer relationships without losing quality.
Knowing each customer better and anticipating what they need, before they ask.
A customer filed three complaints this month and the tone has changed. I foresee a risk of losing them. I have prepared a proposal. Want to see it?
A complex request came in from a customer. I have drafted the reply based on their history. Approve or adjust?
Five customers complained about the same thing this week: delivery. The problem is growing. Show the details?
From scattered data to clear decisions.
Bringing together what is spread across multiple systems, seeing what escapes the human eye and anticipating instead of reacting. This is the capability once reserved for large organizations, now within reach of your business.
From strategy to implementation.
Three phases connected end to end, from diagnosis to ongoing support.
- 1Step 01 · Diagnosis
Strategic diagnosis.
A structured moment that combines data analysis with an operational audit. The goal is to identify where AI can create the greatest impact, with the lowest risk and in the shortest time.
1.1Stakeholder interviews
A session with the CEO to map the strategic vision, followed by interviews with each department head to identify specific frictions and opportunities.
1.2Process and data assessment
We analyze your real data, the critical flows, current systems and information quality. The basis for understanding what is feasible, with what effort and on what timeline.
1.3Opportunity prioritization
We identify the highest-impact areas, weighing implementation effort against return. Which agents to build first, and why.

- 2Step 02 · Implementation
Modular implementation.
We build the agents in a modular, progressive way, with no operational disruption and measurable results from the very first module.
Integration infrastructure
Our approach is built on intelligently integrating the tools you already use: CRM, ERP, communication platforms, financial systems. We create continuous information flows between them, removing operational friction, reducing error and speeding up decisions across the organization.
Most companies don't need to replace their systems. They need to make them work together.
- 3Step 03 · Support
Ongoing support.
Once it is live, the work does not stop. We monitor, adjust based on real results and scale as the business evolves. The system grows with you.
Monitoring
We track each agent's performance and the quality of decisions, with clear metrics.
Tuning & evolution
We fine-tune based on real usage and add new modules when they make sense.
Scale
As the business grows, the system grows with it, without disruption.
Frequently asked questions.
Is this solution ideal for me?
It fits companies that already have an operation and data, but whose potential is held back by manual processes, disconnected systems or decisions made on incomplete information. You do not need an AI strategy in place: the diagnosis is the first step, and that is exactly what it is for.
Do we need our data organized before we start?
No. The diagnosis looks at the data you have today, including its quality, and that analysis is what tells us what is feasible, at what effort and on what timeline.
Does this mean replacing the systems we already use?
No. We work with the CRM, the ERP and the tools you already have, creating information flows between them. The implementation is modular and progressive, with no disruption to the operation.
How long until we see results?
The diagnosis takes two to four weeks and ends with the AI Impact Report. From there the implementation runs module by module, and each module goes live on its own, with measurable results from the first one.
Can we start with a single area?
That is the recommended way. You pick the area where the impact is highest and the risk lowest, and only then move on to the next.
What happens once everything is running?
The support phase takes over, on a monthly retainer: we monitor, adjust based on real results and scale as the business evolves.
