My Ice Hockey is the leading ice hockey coaching platform, used by top clubs such as EV Zug and ZSC Lions. It brings together everything a coach needs to seriously manage a team, all in one system.
Challenge
The project involved the complete overhaul of an existing mobile application, through the migration from a legacy technology to a more modern stack.
The main challenge was ensuring that, at the time of launch, the new application would present a high level of maturity. Unlike a new product, this version would inevitably be compared to an application that users had already known and used for several years, making experience, stability and performance critical factors for the success of the migration.

AppX developed a new mobile application, redesigning the architecture and modernizing the user experience, while maintaining the essential features and preparing the platform for future evolution.
The new version was built with a focus on performance, scalability and ease of maintenance, enabling a smooth technological transition without compromising the user experience.
Main features
Native mobile app for players: iOS and Android
Players have access to all team information directly on their phone: training sessions, games, call-ups and real-time push notifications. They can also confirm or cancel their attendance at training sessions independently, saving coaches significant time.
Season and training planning
Coaches plan the entire season, define training concepts and organize sessions with structure and control. All planning is exportable and printable.
Library with over 2,000 exercises
Access to an extensive exercise library, including exercises shared by other clubs with the ability to add your own. Organized by themes and elements to facilitate search and reuse.
Automatic game and statistics synchronization with leagues
Direct integration with the major European leagues, SIHF in Switzerland, DEB Live in Germany and Morawa Digital in Austria, for automatic synchronization of games, statistics and player data.
Individual player dossier
Each player has a complete dossier with statistics, training and game evaluations, STAR profile, physical tests, medical history, feedback and career planning. All in one place, accessible to the coach at any time.
Distinct platforms for each profile
The solution includes dedicated and optimized interfaces for four distinct profiles, coaches, players, staff and helpers, each with the features and permissions appropriate to their role in the organization.
Complete game management
Call-ups by email, line-up creation, game and coaching sheets, statistics analysis and data export to personal calendar.
Video platform integration
Integration with Dartfish TV for video analysis of training sessions and games directly on the platform.
Multilingual support
The platform is available in German, English, French, Italian and Swedish, ready to serve clubs across different European markets.
